Another big week of pro gaming kicks off on July 1, 2024, with the start of the Esports World Cup<\/a> taking the spotlight in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n

The Esports World Cup, which has rebranded from the Gamers8 festival, is the richest esports and gaming events the world has ever seen, and the two-month-long event kicked off on June 28 and will run through August 25, with 22 different titles featured throughout.<\/p>\n

The first of the top line titles to go ahead will be the League of Legends<\/a> Esports World Cup tournament, which will feature eight of the best LoL teams from the top four leagues around the world. <\/p>\n
