After their title-winning run at KeSPA Cup 2019<\/a>, Afreeca Freecs entered the new LCK season with high expectations on their shoulder. Although it would be fair to assume Lee “Spirit” Da-yoon and co. will make it to the playoffs, they have started falling behind the rest of the top teams.<\/p>\n

Afreeca Freecs enter their ninth fixture of the LCK Spring Split with a 5-3 record, which sits them at fourth in the league standings. They defeated Griffin, Hanwha Life, APK Prince, SANDBOX GAMING and DAMWON Gaming, but they failed to see the same success against the likes of Gen.G, DragonX and KT Rolster.<\/p>\n

Not everything is lost for Afreeca Freecs, however, as a win against T1 this Friday would help re-establish them as one of the top teams in the LCK.
