MOUZ and Natus Vincere booked their spot in the semi-finals for the BLAST Premier World Final, meaning they will compete on the final days of the last Counter-Strike event of the year.

MOUZ has secured a spot in the BLAST Premier World Final semi-finals with a commanding victory over Cloud9 (13-1, 13-7).

The European team, led by Kamil “siuhy” Szkaradek, showcased dominance with impressive 11 and 12-round streaks on Mirage and Ancient, respectively.

Despite Cloud9 entering the match as favorites against MOUZ, who played with a stand-in, Ludvig “Brollan” Brolin, they struggled to execute their aggressive playstyle inspired by Kirill “Boombl4” Mikhailov.

MOUZ’s strategic response, particularly on Mirage, where they shut down successive rushes on the CT side, showcased their resilience.

After preventing a complete whitewash in the final round of the first half on Mirage, Cloud9 entered the second map, Ancient, with low morale.

Despite a better start on the Terrorist side, Cloud9 couldn’t maintain momentum. MOUZ tightened up their defense, completing a 12-round run and securing their semi-final spot.

MOUZ will set up a mouth-watering clash with FaZe Clan, where David “frozen” Cernansky will face his ex-teammates for the first time since moving to FaZe in the lead-up to the event.

In the second series of the day, Natus Vincere advanced to the BLAST World Final arena days, where they are set to face Vitality in the semi-finals.

Na’Vi secured their spot with a 2-1 victory over G2 Esports (13-16, 13-11, 13-6).

The series began on Anubis, with Na’Vi initially dominating and taking a 5-0 lead.

However, G2 made a comeback, and the map went to overtime, with G2 ultimately stealing Na’Vi’s pick.

On Inferno, G2 initially took control but lost focus after a clutch play by Aleksi “Aleksib” Virolainen.

The map went down to the wire, with Na’Vi winning in regulation.

The final map, Nuke, was marked by Mihai “iM” Ivan’s stellar performance, leading Na’Vi to victory.

Na’Vi will now face Team Vitality in the semi-finals at the Etihad Arena.
