Anyone’s Legend and Team WE will face off on Monday, February 10, in the final week of League of Legends Pro League (LPL) 2025 Split 1. This match will not affect Group A seeding the next stage.
Team WE enter this game with a 0-2 record and 0-6 map differential, which guarantees they will miss the playoffs. Anyone’s Legend, on the other hand, are 2-0, thus locked in for a top-two finish in their group.
Having already been eliminated from the playoff race, Team WE does not need to win, but this could benefit them as Guo “Tianzhen” Qi-Fan and co. can play without any pressure. Moreover, Team WE are not as bad as their record suggests.
They lost to LGD Gaming in Week 3 despite getting off to solid starts on maps two and three. However, across the entire series, they looked very disjointed. Talent is there, but communication does not seem to be.
Anyone’s Legend bested Top Esports 3-1 at the end of January, but they did not look very clean. AL threw a massive lead on map two and came very close to choking the fourth.
Even though they could’ve done better in that win, once Anyone’s Legend iron things out, they will be one of the top-four teams in LPL.
As indicated by the esports odds on the top LoL betting sites, this is Anyone’s Legend’s game to lose, and it would be a massive shock if they do not deliver. However, Team WE have solid individual players and enter this match without any pressure, which usually inspires better performances.
